Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Printkart a Product of Shubham Graphics and Digital Printing. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Digital products or downloadable content.
    • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at printkart09@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at printkart09@gmail.com with images of the defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

    • Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
    • Contact your bank for further assistance.
